Making a Purchase

You have a choice of how to order our product and services:

  1. Please send a PO to orders@securesafe.co.uk. Your PO must include the following to be submitted without any delays: PO number, billing address, shipping address, name and contact number for delivery, detailed product information, account contact name and email. If you do not have an account with us, payment will be required before dispatch. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card payment via invoice, or card payment over the phone.
  2. Please call us on 01223 654 757 and we will gladly process your order urgently. If you do not have an account with us, payment will be required before dispatch. Payment can be made via bank transfer, card payment via invoice, or card payment over the phone.
  3. Feel free to e-mail us at orders@securesafe.co.uk with your request and contact details, and we will contact you to finalize your requirements at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 working day to do so.

If you order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you will be required to refuse delivery if attempted. A full refund will be issued, once your unit has been returned to the warehouse.

Your order can be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us in writing.

Delivery Schedule

This service is available for UK mainland addresses only. Items are delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday, unless specified and organised in advance.

Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If nobody is present when our carrier calls, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.

After 2 failed delivery attempts, the carrier hold the right to return your items back to the warehouse. If you still require delivery, this service may be charged for again.

Please allow 5 to 10 days from date of order. Express delivery is available on certain products.

For installation or positioning services, Secure Safe have the right to charge a 100% abortive fee if for reasons out of our control, the service can not be completed.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by phone or email. You then have the option to select an alternative product or cancel your order if you would prefer.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, Standard rate VAT is added. If your organisation is Tax Exempt, please notify the team of this before making payment.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

All of our products are covered by a minimum of 12 month parts and labour guarantee.

Returns Policy

All are products are backed by the Manufacturer’s warranty. Secure Safe also offers a seven-day, refund Returns Policy, effective from the delivery date of the product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, subject to a restocking charge. Please note that you will be charged for the delivery costs, and be responsible for carriage and packing costs for the return to the point of dispatch. The refund will be made after the return of the product when we have checked that it is in original undamaged as new condition with the original undamaged packaging. Any manuals and accessories must be returned in conjunction with the product. Returned goods are subject to a restocking charge equal to 30% of the selling price of the product(s) plus the original carriage costs to deliver the item and the cost of retrieval
